USMLE field is getting an attention of the publishers these days , it has good share for making good usability examples of publishing platforms and social products , Somehow its progress is quicker than medicine 2.0 field itself , regrading the tools created , blogs dedicated and media ( video ) published .

a Blog hosted at Wordpress.com ( free service ) , specialized in in USMLE resources , study materials and downloads . they have a twitter channel ” USMLEMD ” , and quality posts as well . Their download page http://usmlemd.wordpress.com/downloads/ listed pretty good quality USMLE materials mostly hosted at rapidshare .
Medstudentessential.com :
Med Student Essential : is another blog dedicated for medical students resources , guides , news , books and study materials , its pretty organized and has its own domain , may be because its hosted at blogger .
USMLE.TV :
is a social video hosting services ( youtube alike ) for medical videos , considering USMLE , it has very good collection of videos posted already at some social media services organized in categories made it easier to browse , share , favorite and contribute videos .
Free QBank for USMLE :
is a social wiki service created to be an alternative source for commercial QBank for USMLE , Its completely wiki style members can contribute and create USMLE tests , or browse the questions already listed there .
