Activeagena is a browser based / web application meant for operational risk management (OpRisk) , Its a open source , php , professionally made , ajaxy , and easy to install and use .

Active Agenda consists of an OpRisk domain application AND a rapid application builder platform we call spec2app. Active Agenda was created to reduce workplace risk while empowering other domain professionals to address their unique application needs (i.e. QA, Accounting, Marketing, HR, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, IT, etc.).
The project benefits :
Active Agenda’s ultimate purpose is to help organizations reduce their Total Cost of Risk. Active Agenda does this by improving risk management efficiencies, measuring and managing culture, streamlining compliance, and improving business continuity. We like to simplify Active Agenda’s benefit statement by grouping its operational benefits into four categories: Cost, Culture, Compliance and Continuity.
The project uses PHP , Ajax and Mysql Database , so it can be installed on the local host and work though the web browser ( Firefox , Opera , IE , … ) , or installed at a web server .
The project is available for free download , and online demo for testing , also it provides good support as its forums .
Activeagena is a modular project , which allow the user / client to choose , download , and apply their needed modules on the main strcture of Activeagenda . The Modules from here .
