Usually , i go for open source repositories to see what is new , mostly i don’t like what i found cause usually either good project with bad presentation , or good presentation without a project , and also find orphan projects has both good presentation and complete downloadable files .
This time i found an amazing rare project that based in Touch idea its EMR Touch :

it has been registered about 6 months ago with promising screenshot also with sourceforget projects list details that suggest its developed using PHP / Mysql .
The project didn’t release any files yet , no alpha or beta release , however the screenshot suggests promising almost ready project .
This project also lists in its main description that they are using adobe technologies AIR / Flex as well , which move the project to kinda RIA ( Rich internet application ) development era , as they ask for help , i believe the project will need sometime to be done if they get the help they need.
