16. WorldVistA EHR : WorldVistA EHR is based on and compatible with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) world renowned EHR . Download .
17. TORCH is an Open source ,  web enabled electronic health record (EHR) application. TORCH is usable in single practitioner offices and scalable up to multi-site practices. Download .
18. phpMedCare : is a PHP Based , Open source and Cross platform EMR , built with the target of smaller or specialized hospitals (for example geriatric) and nursing homes (retirement homes). Download .
