haiwatch.com : A quick Healthcare Associated Infections reference
As i was studying infection control for physicians and health-care administrators for over than a year , i was more than happy to receive an email from Barbara Dunn asking me to write about Haiwatch.com .
Haiwatch.com , built to provide sufficient informations about hospital ( health-care associated infections ) , such as : Ventilator – Associated Pneumonia (VAP) , Surgical Site Infections (SSIs) , Cross Contamination (Contact Transfer) along with Anti-biotic associated infection as VRE ” Vancomycin–resistant enterococci ” , VISA “ Vancomycin Intermediate Staphylococcus aureus “ and MRSA ” Methicillin–resistant Staphylococcus Aureus ” .
Haiwatch.com also include section for clinical education for physicians , who are at risk of many health acquired infections and there are several files in pdf format to download in tools section with quick external reference links related to the topic .
In the sub-sections of the topic of interest ( under HAI Issues ) , there are quick pdf files regarding the clinical education for doctors and health-care personals , also more resources ( mostly external ) redirect to CDC , along with Research and Reports informations about the topic !.

Well i am missing an RSS Feed to subscribe to , but there is a newsletter subscription form . i hope they will add it soon along with multimedia section and dedicated download section for easy access and download the files !
