These podcasts are comprised of interviews, patient testimonials, condition or treatment highlights, surgical videos, and many other subjects presented by the team at HSS.
The Patients channel :
An interesting podcast is added in patient`s podcast channel ” Golf Pre-Season Training “. Its good point toward patients education how their can keep their bodies healthy away from Golf sport injury , also it has a rich simple medical knowledge which is well presented in Golf Pre-season Training podcast , about how the body works ! and how to train your body for such sport .
It’s good step toward patients education and an interactive example for patients open channel for health matters . even though this podcast channel is rare of its kind which made by doctors and focus on patients .
The goal for Patients podcast channel , is to help the patient to be aware for the condition , the treatment and the surgical procedure , though that count as patients education . it comes with simple plain English , with more details , and patience .
The Surgeon channel and podcast series :
HSS lunched special series of podcasts , which contains special tips for surgeons and doctors , the one i watched and liked was about arthritis , and how to treat it , Dr. Thomas P. Sculco ( The Surgeon-in-Chief for
HSS ) , in the series of podcasts about HIP replacement , with rich details and demonstration about arthritis and treatment of arthritis without surgery , was simple , knowledge rich and interactive enough for Postgraduate surgeons and even medical students .

These series which will be useful for medical students , its done by Scott W. Wolfe, MD,HSS . Dr. Wolfe demonstrates physical examinations of the upper extremity as performed by a primary care physician and/or orthopedic specialist. Starting with a neurological examination .
Dr.Wolfe, in details describe the examination of each segment including neck exam, vascular exam, motor exam, and sensory and reflex exams.
