Caselogs has a nice and simple history presentation for making it easier for the doctors to review the medical history for the patient in short notice , the entry can be customizable , search-able and editable .

The user can customize its preference and application setting as well , as well as the cases form entry fields .

I've been using this app for the past two months. Overall it is a nice app. It has a few limitations on data selection such as the region of the body. The biggest drawback is the lack of ability to download your case data. It must be backed up on their site and you must run limited reports, no patient info, on their site.
