Medical Malpractice and system corruption , what happen when patients can't report ?!!!!

” sometimes the patient is educated enough to realize there is a Medical Malpractice , is happening , so what if he wanted to report ?! , Reporting Never works especially when there is such great compatibility and dependence between Medical Malpractice and System corruption ”

So one of the most important thing we are missing in my country is Reporting a malpractice , means simple the patients lose their voices especially there is No communities to stand for them !!!
