OpenClinic is an Open source Web and Browser based EMR licensed under GPL license and developed using PHP .
OpenClinic is easy to install as many of other PHP scripts and applications , by installing WAMP ( Windows Apache , MySQL and PHP ) , LAMP ( Linux Apache , MySQL and PHP ) or using XAMP . By creating the DB and installing OpenClinic using the Installation script , OpenClinic is ready to go . Default Admin username and password is : ( admin ) .
There is live Demo available at Sourceforge . will give pretty good idea about the system and how to use it after installation for who want to try it .
